Delivery
We deliver across the Central Coast and through Sydney and Newcastle.
We have a flat rate delivery charge for the local Central Coast region of $120 per delivery. Extra charges are applied per item for vanities, toilets and baths.
Local Central Coast area is defined as follows: North to Wyee, south to Hawksbury River Bridge and west to Yarramalong.
Deliveries to Sydney and Newcastle incur a flat-rate minimum charge of $250 per delivery. Extra charges are applied per item for vanities, toilets and baths.
Delivery of stone is quoted per order.
Placing your order
Once your order is placed online and payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation.
Delivery will be organised with the customer upon Modern Tiles Erina receiving the order into our warehouse.
The delivery time frame on all orders is dependant on a number of factors such as Modern Tiles Erina stock levels, supplier stock levels and delivery schedules.
Every opportunity is taken to have your order delivered in the fastest manner.
Returns and Refunds
- Return of any stock is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.
- A restocking fee of 20% plus an additional freight charge will apply to stock deemed fit for return.
- Boxes MUST be in ‘as new’ condition before stock is deemed fit for return.
- Cancellation of ordered goods will incur a cancellation fee.
- It is the customers responsibility to determine the quantities required before placing an order.
- Refunds will not be given due to incorrect quantities ordered.
- Change of mind refunds will not be given.
