With a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, one of our team members will dedicate your selection appointment time to bringing your ideas into reality.
Colour, texture, scale, budget and any ideas you may have are taken into consideration. You may have a multitude of pictures, photos and saved Pinterest boards that you’ve collected over time that have inspired you. Bring them along with you to your appointment. These will give us an idea of the direction you’re heading with your overall plan.
Your appointment time will include ticking a number of boxes that will get your project underway. We will gather information about your needs and wants and advise on the most suitable products for your spaces. We can help answer any questions you may have regarding your project and finally, the fun part – choosing tiles!
Design support every step of the way
We like our customers to get ‘hands-on’ with the tiles and get familiar with the texture and feel of the tile surface. What's next?
If you have finalised your choices on the day of your selection appointment, you have the option of proceeding to purchase which will get the ordering process underway. Do you need delivery of your tiles? Will you collect your order? Are you choosing grout colours? All of these options will be discussed and finalised with you, making it a smooth process with less chance of missing small details that you may not have considered.If you feel more comfortable taking some time deciding, you will be offered the option of taking sample tiles home and having a thorough quote prepared which will help in your decision making.
