1. An inspection of the goods purchased must take place by the customer to determine if they are the correct goods before installation occurs.

2. Shade variations, irregularities, faults can not be compenstaed for if goods have been installed.

3.Tiles are not guaranteed against crazing; any guarantee is to the extent of that given by the individual  manufacturers.

4.Consumers are to be aware that optical hazing of porcelain tiles can occur under different lighting conditions which can alter the appearance of tiles. This is not a fault of the tile and claims will not be entertained under these conditions.

5.All orders are to be paid for before delivery can occur and/or pick up from our warehouse.
